As a Senior Power BI Developer at [Your Company Name], you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions using Power BI. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in shaping our data analytics strategy and delivering high-impact insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Visualization: Create interactive and meaningful data visualizations and reports using Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
Data Integration: Design and implement data integration solutions to consolidate and preprocess data from various sources for reporting and analytics.
Data Modeling: Develop data models to support data analysis, ensuring data accuracy and performance in Power BI.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports and dashboards.
Data Exploration: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data analytics solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports, data models, and best practices.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Must have:
Power BI
Good to have: MSSTR experience, Data Modelling , Data Engineering on AWS , Snowflake.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
8 to 12 years of professional experience in data analytics and reporting, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
Proficiency in Power BI, including data visualization, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in regulated industries, such as finance or healthcare, is advantageous.
Familiarity with other data visualization tools and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
Banking domain experience is mandatory
English language fluent is required
