How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Define and execute the long-term data governance strategy for AGT, aligning with Siemens Energy’s vision and adopting best practices.
  • Lead the delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for data and digital initiatives, ensuring strategic goals are met.
  • Design and implement a robust data governance framework, collaborating with stakeholders and IT to enhance data quality and architecture.
  • Oversee the creation of the AGT data lake, drive AI adoption, and support pioneering analytics projects.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the Data Governance team, building future capability and supporting entry-level talent.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in data governance, management, or digitalisation, with a strong grasp of relevant concepts and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and deliver strategy, and lead transformation and business process improvement programs.
  • Solid understanding of AI innovation and hands-on experience with AI data readiness.
  • Experience in commercial contract management and ensuring compliance with data legislation such as The Data Act and Export Controls Compliance.
  • Prior leadership of diverse teams, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • This is a fixed term contract for two years.

You’ll join a dynamic and ambitious group within the AGT business, dedicated to supporting the global oil & gas and power generation markets. The team’s mission is to deliver innovative, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions, having supplied over 4,000 gas turbines to more than 80 countries. With a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence, the team values collaboration, accountability, and the development of future talent. Together, you’ll help shape the future of distributed power generation and compression systems.
