Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Manston Hybrid working

Pay: £13.00 p/h

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40hrs

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our client by accurately inputting component data into their MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system. This role is essential for maintaining up-to-date and precise information to support manufacturing and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter part numbers, specifications, and related data into the MRP system

  • Interpret and extract information from technical drawings to ensure correct data entry

  • Collaborate with teams to verify and update part records

  • Maintain data integrity and assist in resolving discrepancies or errors

  • Support ongoing updates to the system as requirements evolve

    Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data input

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems

  • Basic understanding of CAD software (advantageous but not essential)

  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
