We are seeking a diligent and organised Part Time Data Administrator to support the Secretarial & Business Support department within a Education and Training provider in Burgess Hill. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, organising, and updating relevant data in line with the company's internal procedures and policies.

Description

As a Part Time Data Administrator your responsibilities include:

Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications.
Interpret complex information and translate it into easily understood data.
Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and maintaining updated records.
Assist with report generation and data analysis as required.
Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Adhere to GDPR regulations and internal policies when handling data.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Profile

A successful Part Time Data Administrator should have:

A solid understanding of database management and data entry.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Offer

An hourly rate ranging from £13 - £15 per hour
A temporary position within a supportive team in the not-for-profit industry.
