Data & Analytics Manager
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire (Predominantly Onsite)
Salary: £50k-£65k+ Bonus + Benefits

Deerfoot Recruitment is assisting a well known and respected organisation on the South Coast with the search for an experienced Data & Analytics Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader to drive data management, business intelligence, and application support functions within a dynamic and evolving business.

The Data & Analytics Manager will lead a dedicated team of analysts and support specialists, ensuring the accuracy, security, and strategic use of data across all areas of the business. The post holder will enable data-driven decision-making, oversee the delivery of actionable business intelligence, and ensure the stability and continuous improvement of core business systems. This is a key role in the company's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Data, BI, and Application Support team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Define and implement best practices in data management, governance, and compliance (including GDPR).

Deliver timely, actionable business intelligence reporting to support decision-making.

Oversee the support, maintenance, and enhancement of critical business applications, ensuring minimal downtime and SLA compliance.

Collaborate with IT, operational teams, and third-party vendors to integrate and improve systems.

Drive digital transformation initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:

Proven experience in a similar data, BI, or analytics leadership role.

Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL Server, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure).

Strong knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and compliance best practices.

Experience supporting business-critical applications and ERP/CRM systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with project governance frameworks such as ITIL, Prince2, or Agile.
