Job Summary:
As a crucial member of our growing Data Team, you will work closely with the Data Lead, Senior BI Analyst and Head of Compliance to build and enhance internal data reporting and analytics. Joining the team early, you'll be instrumental in defining company-wide data & analytics culture by creating intuitive and impactful dashboards, improving analytics processes, spearheading advanced analytics, and expanding the BI function. You will work closely with Senior Management, understanding the core business processes and defining best practices in analytics, data visualization and dashboarding. This is a great opportunity to develop your analytical skills, take ownership of impactful projects, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the BI function at LemFi.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Compliance and other business units to understand their data needs and pains, supporting their data requests and analytics.
Work with Senior Stakeholders to build regulatory and external reporting, and increase adoption of business health KPIs.
Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to surface accurate and well-structured data for analysis and reporting.
Identify frequent data requests and reports for automation and help build self-service data products.
Improve and build new data models, documenting, transforming and testing data for analytics using dbt.
Requirements:
1+ year(s) of experience in a data-focused role, with a strong emphasis on analytics engineering.
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for generating actionable insights with a collaborative mindset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, dbt, confident with Tableau / other BI visualisation tool, spreadsheets, for data analysis and reporting.
Communication: Great stakeholder management skills, strong in conveying complex data insights to various teams. Previous experience working with Senior Leadership.
Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM.
