About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Engineer to own and enhance our data infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. This role is responsible for maintaining data pipelines, managing database performance, supporting reporting needs, and delivering reliable analytics to our commercial, operational, and finance teams.

Requirements:

Ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting

Advanced PostgreSQL skills including:

Performance tuning and query optimisation

Window functions

Partitioning and indexing

JSON/JSONB handling

Experience with Metabase embedded analytics, including implementation and maintenance of dashboard integrations within host applications

Experience with database migrations and version control

Interview Process:

Discovery Call with Talent Partner

First Stage: Initial call with hiring manager

Second Stage: Take-home task followed by a 30-minute presentation and 15-minute Q&A

Final Stage: Onsite or virtual team and culture interview
