Overview

Publicis Media is now looking for a new Data Manager to work on one of our latest and most exciting clients, Disney. This is an opportunity to work on a global disruptive brand, a real “people business” and be part of a team leading the change and driving businesses into the future.


Responsibilities

  • Publicis Imagine’s objective is to support Disney in managing, operating and scaling Disney’s Reporting Solution (Azure & Power BI suite) in the following key areas:
  • Help deliver Azure based reporting solution within Disney and Publicis Imagine and ensure it’s the single source of truth for all reporting data.
  • Ensure all data is available and accurate within the platform by managing the QA processes
  • Provide Publicis Imagine teams with automated dashboards to eliminate the need for any manual Excel reporting, freeing up their time to focus on higher-value tasks.
  • Training and documentation so all end users are comfortable using the platform and are kept up-to-date on any new features.
  • Support the reporting director on data pipelines from client & third party data sources including but not limited to Google Marketing Platform, Meta, and other ad platforms.
  • Support campaign reporting across EMEA (best practice, digital media reporting, reporting templates, PCA’s).
  • Help manage data governance and QA processes and surface opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist with creation of new pipelines where required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A technical background in big data with a focus on marketing (academic or practical).
  • Building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
  • Develop and manage data solutions using Python and SQL for processing, automation, and analytics.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance across the reporting stack.
  • Work with cloud-based platforms such as Azure Databricks and Azure DevOps to implement scalable data solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, addressing performance issues and improving reliability.
  • Lead initiatives to define and implement data management best practices and standards.

Critical Skills

  • Detail oriented with a keen eye for detail. Comfortable handling large datasets.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standard of work.

Desirable experience

  • A degree with an econometrics or statistical analysis component.
  • Experience with data modelling or BI tools.

Success Criteria

  • Successful delivery of reporting, insights & best practices with positive client feedback.
  • Support activation teams with achieving campaign KPI via accurate reporting.
  • Strong support on thought leadership in analytics.
  • Positive relationship with Data & Tech Director & EMEA Leadership team.
