Job Title: Data Administrator
Location: Swindon
Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Input, verify, and extract data from various sources.
Generate reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Assist in data migration projects and system upgrades.
Address data queries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
A calm and professional demeanour, even in high-pressure situations.
Previous experience in an educational setting or as an invigilator is an advantage but not essential.
Availability during exam periods, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
A flexible approach to work hours, as shifts may vary.
