Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Identify and resolve issues to ensure retention & renewal of key accounts.
Work closely with research and insights teams to translate data into meaningful recommendations for clients

Skills & Experience Required

Experience in Customer success, client success, or account management within SaaS, data analytics, insights, or marketing technology
Strong ability to translate data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for clients
