What You Will Do:

  • Establish and develop relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

  • Handle purchase orders meticulously from input to updates, maintaining the order book to support On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.

  • Proactively manage customer orders, providing timely updates and resolutions to any issues.

  • Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.

  • Support the External National Account Managers in customer reviews and achieving targets.

  • Update and maintain internal systems with relevant information to ensure data integrity and team accessibility.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience within an FMCG business, demonstrating a successful track record.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in managing customer interactions via phone, email, or face-to-face.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, with good IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office.

  • Desirable: Knowledge of the UK food industry, experience with SAP, and familiarity with CRM systems.

    This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between the company and its customers, ensuring the seamless flow of information and maintaining high levels of customer service.     Location:

    This role is based in a modern office environment, Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5.00pm, offering a perfect work-life balance.
