We are looking for a strategic and driven Customer Category Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing sustainable category growth plans, building strong customer partnerships, which drive the Category and Mller performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customer category growth plans to build category partnerships based on trust and objective category views.
  • Lead the Range Review process for the customer base, aiming to deliver category growth and achieve Mllers range and sales ambitions.
  • Develop and implement the Category and Point of Purchase Vision driving sales fundamentals and activation standards, considering all store formats and on-line.
  • Ensure Mller remains the first point of category contact for the customer base by establishing a clear external contact strategy.
  • Champion simple and fluid communication cross-functionally on category performance, NPD listing status, and insights.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and contribute to key business processes such as SBRs, account planning, and JBP.
  • Represent customer and category leadership in the role of Brand Champion, engaging cross-functionally to shape brand development.
  • Develop a coaching culture, supporting broader team relationships and skill development.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with Traditional Top 7 Retailers including Private Label Experience.
  • Utilisation of Market and retailer data systems is essential.
  • Inquisitive and analytical mindset to identify trends and insights from data.
  • Creativity in data mining and storytelling to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to connect with stakeholders and build trust.
  • Sharp, confident, and articulate communication style, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Passionate about detail and accuracy, with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Strong advocate of the Mller brand, with an engaging and articulate style.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for personal and team growth.
