We are seeking a skilled HubSpot CRM Administrator to lead the configuration, optimisation and integration of our clients CRM system, ensuring it supports the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support them in delivering exceptional service to the businesses customers.

The role is for someone who wants to develop and grow within a fast growing company, to manage and  own their own projects and be an integral part of the team. You must have HubSpot experience to a super admin level and ideally some exposure to javascript as there is a small amount of coding (although this can be taught).

The role is hybrid with only 1 day a week required in the Guildford office (this can be discussed dependant on distance of the perfect candidate).

The salary on offer is £40,000 to £45,000 including some amazing additional benefits

What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM
Customise and configure HubSpot properties, workflows, pipelines and other system components to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Node.js and HubSpot’s APIs
Monitor data quality, conduct regular audits and implement improvements to ensure data integrity and consistency
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and client success teams to optimise the CRM to support lead management, reporting and campaign tracking
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within HubSpot What You'll Bring:
Proven experience administering HubSpot CRM
Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and relational databases
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Understanding of sales and marketing operations Benefits:
