    What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the CRM team in delivering strategic lifecycle campaigns using Ometria

  • Champion A/B testing and data-driven optimisation across customer touchpoints

  • Analyse performance metrics, drawing insights to improve engagement and retention

  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, tech and data teams to align campaigns

  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR and PECR best practices

  • Mentor and develop two CRM Executives into future leaders

    What we’re looking for:

  • 4–5 years of CRM experience with proven team leadership

  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms, ideally Ometria

  • Strong technical understanding of data flows, integrations and APIs

  • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and customer journeys

  • Track record of delivering results through testing and optimisation

  • Confident working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable balancing strategic direction with hands-on campaign delivery

  • Fluent in GDPR and data compliance requirements
