We are seeking a passionate and highly experiencedCRM & Data Strategy Analystto join our Data Strategy team.Reporting into Senior Data Strategy Manager, this individual will be owning analysis of end-to-end CRM and Marketing activities, owning business as usual (BAU) CRM Reporting, supporting Senior Analysts with ad-hoc requests and data extracts, and reporting back to the business on the success of campaigns, database health and overall CRM performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

oBecome a subject matter expert on all CRM journeys / campaigns and associated data landscape, which includes familiarity with key platforms and having in-depth knowledge of data flows

oOwn analysis and reporting of CRM / Marketing activities

oOwn the set-up of BAU CRM campaigns, which includes weekly promotional emails

oBuild guides and document processes related to CRM journeys and platforms

oReport on key marketing activities including database health, acquisitions, and campaign performances

oOptimise existing processes to help improve efficiencies through automation

oSupport Senior Analysts with adhoc activities, which include audience pulls and investigations

oSupport with customer investigations promptly and push fixes to ensure we drive better customer experiences

oBuild relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Person Specifications

2+ full strategic cycles of relevant experience in Marketing, CRM or Data Analytics Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Experience building reports and communicating insights clearly Quick learner with an ability to pick up complex manual processes rapidly Experience reporting on marketing / CRM activities

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Advanced knowledge of CRM / Marketing tools like Salesforce, Braze, or another Email Service Provider (ESP) Experience with querying customer databases SQL/Java JDBC or another database language Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
