Your new company

You will be joining a well-known entertainment group based in London which operates globally. The company is looking for a CRM Manager to effectively manage the CRM team and optimise digital operations.

Your new role

As the CRM Manager, you will lead the digital team to success in their strategies. You will be responsible for planning and delivering CRM campaigns. You will be reporting directly to the SVP's but will also be responsible for coordinating effective communication of technical information between various sectors of the company.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled senior CRM / data analyst with professional experience in the following areas:

  1. Previous experience as a CRM manager, with line management experience is ideal.
  2. Confident engaging with large-scale and complex CRM activity.
  3. Experience using ESP's or marketing automation platform is ideal.
  4. Demonstrable experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  5. Excellent verbal written and digital communication skills.
  6. The ability to convey information to audiences that are technical and non-technical.
