As an experienced CRM Administrator who is looking for the challenge of simplifying complex systems, joining a well-established company at an exciting time when they are migrating from an old CRM system to a new one.

This is a key position within the IT function, reporting directly to the CTO, and will suit someone with a strong technical understanding of CRM systems, particularly SugarCRM, along with the ability to liaise with stakeholders, drive improvements, and ensure the platform supports wider business goals.

£40,000 per annum to £45,000 per annum

The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the CRM system. That includes everything from system configuration and user support to data quality and compliance. The role is hands-on, but strategic input will be valued as the business continues to evolve its digital and customer engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and administer the SugarCRM platform
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
Provide user support and training across departments
Conduct regular data audits and ensure high data quality
Work with stakeholders to improve workflows, automation, and reporting
Generate dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
Troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors for resolutions and upgrades
Document system configurations and processes
Support integrations between CRM and other business systemsRequirements

Strong experience administering and customising CRM systems ideally SugarCRM but open to candidates working with similar CRM systems
Good understanding of CRM principles, data management, and business processes
Proficient in user management, system configuration, and workflow automation
Confident producing reports and interpreting data for business use
Able to translate business needs into CRM solutions
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Solid documentation and communication skills
