Job Description: This temporary position, lasting for a fixed period of three months, will play a key role in ensuring the renewal of subcontractor compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Subcontractor Communication: Liaise professionally with subcontractors via email and telephone to ensure timely responses and maintain strong working relationships.
Compliance Documentation: Proactively request, review, and track essential compliance documents (e.g., insurance certificates, health & safety records, right-to-work checks), ensuring all documentation is up to date and meets regulatory standards.
Record Management: Maintain accurate and well-organised records within the central filing system, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
System Updates: Regularly update and maintain data in Manpack, supporting the wider compliance team with administrative tasks and ensuring data integrity across systems.Required Experience:

Communication: Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
Organisation & Prioritisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive compliance information.
Teamwork & Initiative: Able to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
IT Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with compliance or document management systems (e.g., Manpack) is advantageous.Why Join Gregory Distribution Ltd?
