Dynamics 365 System Administrator -
Location(s) - London, Manchester, Birmingham and more (Hybrid - 3 days a week).

Our client is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 System Administrator to join their company in a really exciting period of growth and to work on an a major upcoming digital transformation.

Roles and Responsibilities

System Configuration and Maintenance

Manage and configure Dynamics 365 CE environments, including sandbox and production instances.
Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business process flows, and security roles.
Implement updates, patches, and upgrades while ensuring system stability and data integrity.
User Management and Support:

Manage user accounts, licenses, roles, and permissions to maintain security and compliance.
Provide day-to-day support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Microsoft support when necessary.
Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials to promote self-service and adoption
Integration and Data Management:

Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, BI tools, etc.).
Manage data import/export processes, data cleansing
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance policies are enforced.
Customisation and Development Liaison:

Work with developers to manage custom plugins, workflows, and API integrations.

Review and test customisation to ensure quality and system performance.

Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions or apps from Microsoft AppSource.
Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor system performance, usage, and errors using available tools and analytics.
Generate and distribute system health reports and usage metrics to leadership.
Continuously assess and optimise system configurations to improve user experience and business outcomes.
Governance and Compliance:

Enforce organisational policies on data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance within the D365 environment.
Manage audit logs, security settings, and user activity monitoring.
Participate in internal and external audits related to CRM systems.
Skills and Experience

Proven experience (3+ years) administering Dynamics 365 CE / CRM in large enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of D365 CE architecture, configuration, security model, and customisation tools.

Proficiency in Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is highly desirable.

Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Import Wizard, SSIS, KingswaySoft).

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft 365 integration.
