Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Excel Administrator to support our fleet operations through expert-level spreadsheet management and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, developing automated Excel tools, analyzing operational data, and ensuring the seamless handling of critical fleet information. This role plays a key part in supporting decision-making and streamlining administrative processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update fleet data, including vehicle inventory, maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and driver logs using Excel.
Develop and manage dynamic Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and reports to monitor fleet performance.
Automate recurring reports and administrative tasks using Excel functions, macros, and VBA.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of fleet-related data through regular audits and data validation checks.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and finance teams to provide timely and actionable reports.
Track and report on KPIs such as vehicle uptime, fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and utilization rates.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and procurement planning using Excel-based models.
Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Qualifications:
Proven experience in Excel administration or data management, preferably in a logistics, transport, or fleet environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VBA/macros.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with fleet management software or databases is a plus.
Ability to manage large data sets and generate actionable insights.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field preferred.Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance cycles and fleet compliance requirements.
Familiarity with transportation regulations and reporting standards.Salary: £12.50 per hour
