Job Title:Commercial Director

Location: Home - work remotely

Core Purpose:

As part of the leadership team, this role will be accountable for leading and driving the agency business plan for 2025 and beyond, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth. This exceptional leader will drive the company mission in the market, lead the agency culture, our product proposition, cultivate team growth, and enhance client performance to achieve demonstrable outcomes.


The Role:

  1. Lead the implementation of the business plan for 2025 and beyond.
  2. Drive profitable and sustainable growth while ensuring alignment with agency valuation goals.
  3. Cultivate a positive agency culture that reflects the product values and mission.
  4. Inspire and mentor team members to foster professional development and engagement.
  5. Enhance client performance through tailored strategies based on the agency's three unique pillars: data, people, and conversations, and through meaningful partnerships.
  6. Act as a key advocate for the product's compelling story in the marketplace while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support growth objectives.
  7. Monitor market trends to adapt strategies for competitive advantage.
  8. Ensure operational excellence and accountability across all agency functions.

Minimum Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience within the marketing services industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and client success.
  • At least 3 years in developing and executing successful business plans.
  • Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive environment.
  • Strong background in client relationship management, financial management, and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with P+L management for data-driven decision making.
  • Level 5 leadership qualities: humility coupled with professional will.
