A leading business in Essex are seeking to appoint a new Commercial Director/Partner in a key senior hire.
 
The position offers a broad remit to drive, evaluate and analyse new and established business to develop commercial outcomes, aid strategy, and move forward profitability while constantly improving customer experience.
 
Based from head offices just of the A12 this role will work closely as part of the senior leadership team and board.
This is a collaborative position working with multiple stakeholders as well as directly with external clients.
 
Key duties will include:

Market & competitor analysis, financial modelling and BI/data specialist
Strategy, business planning and roadmap development
Business development expert with a customer centric approach
Review current systems and process to improve overall client experience
Carry out regular market research on best practice client experience helping to develop our client charter
Identifying opportunities and scoping, modelling, designing and then implementing change programmes that will lead to profitable growth
Overall management, assessment and continuous improvement to review and analyse how the firm can do more with current clients/customers.
Take a top-level view of the firm structure and modelling how and when it may need to change/adapt in order to meet the objectives of the 5-year plan
Budget owner for any change programmes/PR/Marketing expenditure
Senior stakeholder for marketing & promotion – overall strategy design for increasing our presence and maintaining a status of a trusted brand
Developing and influencing the future direction of the firm and the provision of client services in accordance with firm values.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a client or customer service-led environment with a strong range of commercial experience.
They will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in analysis, reporting, data and business development with clear links to commercial growth, profitability and business efficiencies.
