Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Stealth Startup

We represent a stealth-mode startup on a mission to revolutionise software delivery pipelines using AI-powered predictive analytics and proactive security solutions. As CTO, you will lead end-to-end technology strategy and execution, helping to build a scalable platform that integrates seamlessly with existing CI/CD tools. You will guide a team of engineers, define the product’s architecture, and ensure delivery milestones are met in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Define the company’s technical vision and lead product development, including AI/ML model integration, CI/CD optimisation, and security solutions.
• Architecture Design: Oversee the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of developers, DevOps engineers, and data scientists to execute on product goals.
• AI and Security Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to ensure the proactive identification of risks and vulnerabilities.
• Tech Stack Optimisation: Ensure integration with Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, and multi-cloud support.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the CEO, CRO, and other executives to drive product-market fit and scalability.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in DevOps, AI, or security-focused software.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, pipeline management, and security frameworks (OWASP, GDPR).
• Experience with AI-driven software solutions and machine learning models is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
