Job Description

United Living Infrastructure Services are well established within innovative contracts for Energy, Major Projects (Carbon Capture), Water and other engineering disciplines.

This is a brand-new role working alongside our Business Support Director and wider Support function. We are looking for a Change Manager to help us with a digital transformation of the business. We see 2 main parts of the role. Primarily, you will be responsible for hosting and delivering training. And secondly, promoting and communicating good news stories across our Infrastructure Teams.

Our System Specialists will ensure that the technologies are ready for use, and all set up correctly. Our Data Analysts will maintain reports and identify areas of performance that may need looking at. The Training and Engagement Lead role will deliver content to support the outputs as a collective team effort.

We want you to focus on landing new technologies and processes successfully. One of which is a works management system, Totalmobile. You will get the opportunity to develop your own training programme, leverage and improve existing content. Then deliver to our teams at different operational hubs. Travelling across the UK will be required to get to all our sites. A company vehicle or allowance will be provided.

Our aim is to improve processes and employee experiences through the development of technology offering, you will be critical to the success of this.

It’s important to us to back you with personal development and the ability to learn new skills and training as you grow into the role. Our Data and Systems Specialist’s will be on hand to help you become subject matter expert on which ever session you are delivering.

Responsibilities

  • Raise awareness throughout the Infrastructure Teams of our new technologies.
  • Create training packages fit for different teams/audiences.
  • Host key training sessions.
  • Support the transition from incumbent systems to the likes of Totalmobile.
  • Create a strategy, training session programme and content for sub-contractors to use the Totalmobile Portal.
  • Review and Identify needs of the Infrastructure Teams by working closely with our Data Analyst to target key areas. Assess the need for appropriate literature to meet different needs.
  • Support with the deployment of new functionality releases.
  • Keep guidance documents, process maps, video tutorials are kept up to date and hosted on a central SharePoint site.
  • Maintain Training Records.
  • Provide monthly project status reports.

 


Qualifications

Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience in shaping and leading training and development strategies in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective communication presentations. Confident in customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Process mapping and documentation experience.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office programmes; incl. Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Full UK driving license
