Our client is a Global charity who is looking for a new Business Systems Manager who wants a role they can grow in; they will be working in Stevenage on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the acquisition and use of core business systems, including ERP, CRM , EHP, QuickBooks Online, the full Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Pardot and other smaller systems.
• Work with external supplier to schedule audits, testing, efficiencies and staff training; coordinating with relevant departments to minimize disruption and maximize impact.
• Work closely with suppliers (MS International team and external providers) to ensure value for money and great customer service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business system-related inquiries and troubleshooting, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Manage cross-team projects and enhancements, ensuring tasks are completed on time, stakeholders are involved and communication is timely.
• Ensure data integrity across systems by implementing data quality controls and conducting regular audits.
• Main point of contact for Infrastructure, end-point, technology and systems queries.

Desired experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing enterprise business systems, ideally within a charity.
• Proven experience in project management, with PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Proficiency with major enterprise applications, such Microsoft Dynamics, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is advantageous.
• Overseen the acquisition and use of core business systems, including ERP, CRM , EHP, QuickBooks Online, the full Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Pardot and other smaller systems.

Eligible roles may require a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
