This is an exciting new role working as part of the Business Improvement Team. You will work across the organisation to support the identification and development of a series of comprehensive and innovative business solutions that deliver improved value for money through delivering efficiencies and improved customer service experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for



Managing the full core system(s) life cycle to ensure user acceptance, readiness and seamless product process adherence. To support financial and other targets being achieved.

Working with service delivery teams, project managers, contractors, development teams and other project stakeholders to manage the co-ordination and delivery of the software release cycles and system improvements, ensuring all relevant stakeholders have oversight and input prior to LIVE release, to allow IVH processes and procedures to remain seamless during and after any software changes or enhancements.

Effectively designing, developing and implementing core system(s) enhancements, automations, integration, configuration changes and visual reporting to compliment improvement programmes that are evidence based and in line with our operating principles, following appropriate changes control processes.

Reviewing the content of product roadmaps and releases to ensure the business can adopt new features and remains at the forefront in their use to improve business processes and outcomes for customers.

Acting as the core systems owner/champion and anticipate changes in core systems user needs to ensure we continue to work efficiently and effectively during and after core system(s) enhancements.

Monitor benefits and impact of core system enhancements against IVH Living Better methodology (Customer, Colleague, Carbon & Cost).

Champion robust performance data quality across the organisation.

Design and develop datasets and data visualisations to support informed system and performance improvement, accountability and transparency.

We need people who are / have:

A keen interest and competency in using our core systems

The ability to analyse and interpret data

*

Are able to use Lean systems or other formally recognised improvement methodology.

Knowledge of Power BI

We are also considering offering this role as a development opportunity.

We will consider applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate an understanding of the key elements of the role, can evidence a good understanding of the types of systems and processes commonly used within the Social Housing sector, and can evidence a commitment to personal development.

You would start at a lower salary commensurate to your skills and experience and must be willing to work towards meeting the full requirements of this role within two years. If you are successful in obtaining this role as a development opportunity, you will be given a formal development plan and all relevant training.
