We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Business Intelligence Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our team, you’ll work with world-class and passionate people to help manage and drive usage of the dunnhumby Catalogue on SharePoint which captures the full dunnhumby offering of “What we Sell” across the business. We are also developing a new SharePoint site that will bring together all the propositions that dunnhumby sells and need someone to assist in project coordinating this work, which will involve working with our Proposition Teams to ensure we leverage the best content.

In addition, the role will support the delivery of the Global Client Satisfaction Survey (NPS) that we deliver on a quarterly basis. Working with our 3rd Party Market Research Company to ensure we are contacting the right clients and getting the best response rate to our Survey. Furthermore, working with our Regional Directors and their teams to ensure we are listening and responding to the client feedback thus enabling us to make better decisions and deliverables for our clients. Support the Manager in ensuring that we highlight and promote the value and the benefits of listening to Client feedback to our senior stakeholders in the business. Help drive our NPS Score to be as good as possible, so we demonstrate our customer-first approach.

Finally, there is also an opportunity to support on some of our competitor intelligence work. We pull together the latest information on our competitors, for example, who they are working with and where. We help build competitor battlecards and have a good overall understanding of their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This competitor intelligence will also help us shape how we position ourselves in the market and help determine clients we should consider now and in the future.

What you’ll be working on

  • Manage the dunnhumby Catalogue to highlight our overall Proposition Offering, inclusive of all Products, Services & Consulting across Retail, CPG’s and Media.
  • Be involved with maintaining the dunnhumby Sales Catalogue making sure it is always up-to-date and accurate reflection of our global proposition offering.
  • Be creative and design new SharePoint pages and opportunity to work with the Product Marketing and Knowledge management to discuss best practice.
  • Support with the co-ordination of the Global Client Satisfaction survey. Work with our third-party supplier to ensure that we are maximising response rates and help drive a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Help deliver competitor intelligence, so we understand the market better and help us ensure we provide first-class customer service to our clients.
  • We work in the Global Strategy Department and help deliver multiple projects to drive dunnhumby’s long-term strategy and vision.

What we expect from you

  • Confidence in their own ability to organise, manage delivery timelines and project deadlines.
  • Experience of working with SharePoint, an Intranet Site or in Web-site content and design.
  • The ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Be able to work on your own and be a self-starter who can motivate themselves, initiate and drive their own deliverables and also contribute well within the team when working on collaborative projects.
  • Work co-operatively with the various stakeholders across the global business.
  • Working collaboratively and cooperatively with your manager to deliver success to the business.
  • Have a base level understanding of the Retail, CPG and Media industry.
  • The ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations and the ability to present findings and be proficient in Excel & dashboards.
  • Have a basic understanding of Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and how it is used in a business, also how it can help us deliver better overall service to our clients and their customers.
  • Help contribute to our Team Initiatives and support our Team plans as we want to work as an engaged and connected team.
