Business Analyst (Admin and Clerical)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) to support our investment and trading teams. You will play a key role in analyzing trade data, enhancing post-trade reporting capabilities, and delivering actionable insights to front office and quant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with trading, quant, and operations teams to interpret trade performance against cost benchmark
Support TCA processes including trading cost analysis, benchmarking, and trade fill cost evaluations
Define and gather business requirements to enhance post-trade analytics tools and reporting processes
Assist in the automation and preparation of TCA reports using internal or third-party platforms
Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience:

Solid hands-on experience with Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and trade performance measurement
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large trading datasets
Familiarity with TCA tools and platforms used for trading cost reporting
Proven ability to document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
