Business Analyst (Hybrid - Birmingham 2 Days/Week)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid – 2-3 days on-site per week)
Salary to 50-55k plus excellent benefits
This client based out of Birmingham, is looking for a talented BA to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their IT and business operations.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of evaluating and improving business processes, delivering impactful IT solutions, and driving operational efficiency across enterprise-critical systems. This role is ideal for a BA with 4 years’ experience with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Core Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
  • Propose and support the implementation of IT solutions aligned with business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage IT projects from concept through to successful delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Leverage data analytics to support evidence-based decision making and performance insights.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    Key Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally 4 years exp within the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis tools, methodologies, and project management frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Technology frameworks, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise system migrations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
    Ideally you will have a certification in one or more of the following; CBAP, PMP, or ITIL with a s strong understanding of business process modelling and project lifecycle management.
