Business Analystsought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands.

This role is 100% office based.Ideally based from the Meriden Head Office, but consideration will also be given to candidates who wish to be based out of one of the local offices close to your location (occasional travel to Meriden HQ will be required if this option is taken).

The Role:
As Business Analyst you will play a vital role in successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics. You'll connect business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring that company operations are effectively supported. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business needs
  • Design and develop effective business processes to optimise the use of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Support the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance practices
  • Document and create user stories
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users
  • Build strong and effective relationships with the business and tech stakeholders

The successful Business Analyst will demonstrate:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience of Azure DevOps is desirable
  • Experience of being a Product Owner is desirable
  • Experience of working in the recruitment industry is beneficial but not essential

  • £50,000 - £60,000 salary depending on experience
