Hybrid - x2 days per week onsite in Preston
Offering competitive outside IR35 rate
Duration - 6 months with a potential to extend

We're on the lookout for a well-rounded Business Analyst with solid experience across the IT/Tech projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between the business and technical teams to support the delivery of impactful change initiatives.

What you will be doing:

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
Facilitate workshops and meetings to support requirements gathering and process mapping
Work closely with project teams, developers, and testers to ensure solutions meet business needs
Translate complex problems into clear, actionable plans
Support the delivery of IT-driven change across systems, platforms, and digital services
What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT and/or tech-led project environments
Knowledge of RPA and AI applications to streamline operations and improve data quality
Experience in process mapping using recognized standards such as BPMN
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with workflow and case management tools
Able to work confidently across the full project lifecycle
Experienced in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and bring structure to ambiguity
