We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint an SQL Developer to join our IT & Data team, where you'll be able to play a key role in shaping our future.

What you'll be doing

You’ll design, develop, and maintain efficient data & data warehousing solutions, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance. Supporting Business Intelligence (BI) and operational needs through data modelling, integration, and administration, while adhering to best practices in security and compliance.

We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively & communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into data models.

You’ll have extensive experience of T-SQL/Azure SQL with demonstrable experience writing SQL to extract data from databases in an enterprise environment. Together with experience of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory Pipelines and working with Windows Server Virtual Machines.

Working knowledge of data workflows in Microsoft 365, including Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsoft SQL and Azure Databases. Knowledge of SFTP applications and server side scripting such as Windows Batch and/or Powershell.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of up to £53,289
