Job Description

  • Direct and practical involvement in revenue generation - Identify and pursue new business opportunities for yourself but also win business to refer to team members or other Page brands, delivering against agreed individual revenue goals.
  • Business Development - Originating and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, whilst driving to expand the Page Executive client base. Develop proposals, RFP responses and attend client meetings as required.
  • Commercial Performance - Achieve commercial targets and expectations aligned to regional Page Executive strategic objectives. Demonstrate Social Impact through championing our DE+I and ESG agenda in processes and insights; and Customer Experience through focus on NPS.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record of sustained commercial success in executive search/senior leadership recruitment, consistently meeting expectations on productivity and performance.
  • Established market presence, personal brand and a proven capability to develop and win business.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional client service.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to stay abreast of market trends, business intelligence and competitive information.
  • Possesses high levels of commercial acumen.
