Bringing newideas, challenging and driving forward the service offer, includingdeveloping annual business unit plans. - Accountability for serviceexcellence and construct engine satisfaction, deliveringpurpose-led and measurable outcomes on projects. - Bid support.Complete in a timely manner, ensuring the appropriatesustainability message is delivered in an appropriate way to exceedthe clients' expectations but ensuring it is deliverable. -Ensuring projects contribute to the 2030 Mace business plan KPIsand targets. - Awareness of client and market needs to evolve andmaintain necessary competencies. - Data quality (i.e. QA the datasets) and identify insights that you can act upon. Driveimprovements and better outcomes (not just reporting). - Completingcompetitor analysis in the sector to continually improve. -Innovation - measure and track, deliver meaningful and measurableoutcomes. - Ensuring all targets (legal, client, and Mace) arebeing delivered. - Doing the basics right - legal compliance,legislation, Mace Way, Engage. - Regular engagement with yourclient and consultants (share knowledge, check in, provideinformative insights, project updates and case studies). -Developing others and delegate tasks to the wider team, ensuringefficient allocation of resources. - Resource projects effectivelywith forward planning. - Ensuring suitable time allocation issecured for each project, in line with the agreed sustainabilitydeliverables. - Line management responsibilities and taskmanagement for those individuals who are managed by others. BeCurious: - Maintain awareness of strategic client pipelines anddrivers to help ensure bidding is proactive and efficient. -Understand client drivers and what good looks like in the sector,collaborating with other responsible business sector leads andservice offer leads to bring offers to new and existing clients. -Enhance and bring new service offers to market to stay competitive.- Drive innovation, sharing insights and solutions from across theindustry, and implement innovative solutions to pursue a betterway, resulting in meaningful and measurable impacts. - Managequality control of relevant data sets, identifying insights andsolutions that improve project performance. Be a Collaborator: -Work collaboratively to manage the market and/or sector interfaceseffectively and in the best interests of Mace. - Work closely withyour business unit SLT and other leadership forums to providesubject matter leadership and strategic planning. - Strongleadership, integrity and motivational skills are essential. -Share knowledge and insights from the sector, including projectcase studies and thought leadership. - Form and maintain strong,senior working relationships at the highest levels in clientorganisations as well as across Mace. - Contribute and support thewider industry regarding sustainability insights and knowledge. Bea Contributor: - Support and develop an integrated service offerinto the business unit and Mace construct. - Lead and manage a highperforming team and champion career development. Be a Champion: -Strong and engaging communicator, articulate and open, andcomfortable when representing the company. - Champion the businessunit's contribution to the delivery of the Mace 2026 businessstrategy priorities. - Quality control, know your project'ssustainability numbers, and champion them across the team's andbusiness unit.
