Analytics Manager

My insurance client are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to help set and drive execution of the Pricing & Analytics Team’s strategy and help transform them into an organisation where analytical insights have a big impact on business decisions.

Your role will include:

• Working with the Head of Pricing & Analytics, Pricing Team and Analytics Team to

continually develop the team’s data analytics strategy

• Leading the execution of data analytics / science experiments and products that help

solve problems across the organisation

• Research, identify and work with the relevant stakeholders to integrate impactful

technologies within the Actuarial & Analytics department

• Taking an active role in developing and teaching the team’s internal data analytics

training material, and provide leadership and coaching to the team on key areas of

expertise such as coding and best practices for data analysis

• Manage and support the development of team members
