This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a Data-Driven Dream Team: Mentor and guide a team of analysts, empowering them to push boundaries and grow their expertise.
  • Build Real-Time Power Dashboards: Build dynamic dashboards displaying crucial data, offering collaborators instant access to valuable information.
  • Architect Our Data Strategy: Collaborate on a brand new analytics strategy, ensuring data is woven into every stage of game development.
  • Unlock Game Performance Secrets: Analyse game metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive player engagement.
  • Collaborate for Innovation: Partner with game designers, product managers, and developers to convert data into groundbreaking decisions.
  • Understand Our Players: Dive deep into player behaviour and segmentation, personalizing experiences and optimizing in-game events.
  • Predict the Future: Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to forecast trends and shape new feature development.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven analytical and commercial expertise in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
  • A knack for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication abilities to work closely with collaborators at all levels.
  • A strong discernment and understanding of the global online casino market.
  • A deep understanding of data mining, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics.

  • Proficiency in SQL or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
