How will you make an impact in this role?

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst position in the ICS CoE organization. This is a high visibility role to deliver operational support, performance analytics and business insights. The role sits within the ASI (Analytics Strategy & Insights) team, which is responsible for a wide range of functions including: performance reporting, providing analytics and insights to drive the performance of the ICS organisation, sales planning, driving profitable growth by providing recommendations to the CoE leadership, and supporting Consumer Sales Incentives.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong quantitative and analytical skills, who will create and refine methodologies, models and processes for target-setting and can analyze large sets of data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to audiences who have various levels of seniority and expertise.

The Business Analyst will need to be a connector and an enabler, working closely with central team such as Incentive Design and Governance, Incentives CoE, local market Business Planners and Technology, as well as Finance and market function leaders.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage the relationship with Field Sales
  • Resolving queries reported by the Field related to targets and tracking of their performance and incentive payments. The analyst takes the lead in issue resolution, sourcing input as required from other FP&I team-members, technology support groups and the Field.
  • Project Management: creation and enhancement of methodologies, models and templates to help senior leaders set annual targets for the Field
  • Consolidate disparate data sets across multiple markets and generate insights

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proactive approach, creative thinking and ability to deliver new insights, new tools and process efficiencies
  • Ability to build a strong internal network and deliver at the highest level
  • Strong communication skills to tell a story through data and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Commercial awareness, with a good understanding of business needs, levers, concerns, and trends
  • Excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to manage, manipulate and analyse complex data
  • Advanced MS Excel & SQL(LUMI) essential, Familiar with Customer Relationship Management tools (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Complex problem-solving skills, with regards to identifying, diagnosing and resolving data issues when they arise
  • Attention to detail
  • A capable teammate but able to work independently and on own initiative
  • Degree level education or equivalent
