Are you an experienced Air Quality Consultant looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a leading environmental consultancy that’s expanding its specialist team. If you have expertise in indoor air quality assessments and a background in TM44, LEV, or HTM03 compliance, this could be a great opportunity for you!

The Role:

As an Air Quality Consultant, you’ll be responsible for conducting indoor air quality testing across a range of commercial and industrial sites located across London and the South Central region, helping businesses ensure compliance and create healthier work environments. You'll be managing your own projects, working closely with clients and providing expert recommendations based on detailed data analysis.

As an Air Quality Consultant, you will:

  • Conduct detailed indoor air quality assessments, monitoring ventilation performance, CO₂ levels, dust, VOCs and humidity.

  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative air quality modelling assessments.

  • Interpret air quality data and producing clear, actionable reports for clients.

  • Advise clients on compliance with industry standards and best practices in IAQ management.

  • Support quality control processes to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

  • Use tools such as QGIS and ADMS software to conduct air quality assessments.

    What will you need?

  • Proven experience in indoor air quality monitoring within commercial or industrial settings.

  • Strong knowledge of ventilation assessments, TM44, LEV, or HTM03 (one or more would be ideal!).

  • Skilled in data interpretation and technical report writing.

  • Confident working independently, managing own projects and liaising with clients.

  • Familiarity with air quality modelling software.
