Administrator – Full-Time
Location: Harley Street, London
Salary: £25,282.40 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (47.5 hours per week including 1-hour lunch break)
Actaris is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our fast-paced team based on prestigious Harley Street. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dedicated medical team by ensuring smooth and efficient management of clinical data and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Clinic Manager and Clinic Supervisors with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of practice procedures and protocols

  • Prepare, update, and file patient notes for clinical use

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

  • Manage emails, photocopying, scanning, and incoming/outgoing mail

  • Register new patients and update existing records accurately in the system

  • Process repeat prescription requests in line with practice guidelines

  • Handle changes of patient details and ensure data integrity

  • Maintain consulting rooms, restocking supplies and stationery as needed

  • Uphold building security and be familiar with alarms, doors, and windows

  • Provide holiday and absence cover for administrative colleagues

What We’re Looking For:


  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or clinical support role

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Confidence using IT systems and data entry

  • A team player with a professional, calm, and approachable manner

  • Someone who is reliable, adaptable, and takes pride in their work
