We are seeking anexperienced Principal Consultant with a strong background in SQLServer, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence tools. Theideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL ServerIntegration Services (SSIS), SAP Business Objects, and CrystalReports. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactiveindividual who can design, implement, and manage data integrationprocesses, reports, and data warehousing solutions to support ourbusiness needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, andmaintain data integration processes using SQL Server IntegrationServices (SSIS). - Work with SQL Server databases to create andoptimize queries and stored procedures for data extraction andreporting. - Develop and maintain data warehouses, ensuring theymeet business requirements for reporting and analytics. - Createand manage reports and dashboards using SAP Business Objects andCrystal Reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams togather and understand business requirements, ensuring the design ofscalable and effective data solutions. - Optimize databaseperformance and troubleshoot any issues related to SSIS, SQLServer, and reporting tools. - Provide ongoing support for the datapipeline and reporting systems, ensuring high availability andperformance. - Continuously evaluate and implement best practicesfor data management, reporting, and analytics. Required Skills andQualifications: - Strong experience with SQL Server IntegrationServices (SSIS) for ETL processes. - In-depth knowledge of SQL andData Warehousing concepts, with hands-on experience in datamodeling and database design. - Experience with SAP BusinessObjects for business intelligence and reporting. - Expertise inCrystal Reports for designing and delivering business reports. -Ability to create optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, andfunctions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaboratewith cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experiencewith additional BI tools and technologies (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)is a plus. - Knowledge of other data integration tools andtechniques. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and big datatechnologies is a plus. - Experience in leading an off-shoredevelopment team. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -Years of experience in SQL Server, data integration, andBI/reporting technologies.
