Senior Manager, Loyalty Finance OurCorporate Functions are made up of teams that support ExpediaGroup, including Employee Communications, Finance, Legal, PeopleTeam, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact andSustainability. The Traveler Engagement & Loyalty (TEaL) teamis a core part of EG Traveler Marketing organization. The TEaL teambuilds relationships and engagement with travelers throughownership of the One Key Loyalty program, credit card, anddirect-to-traveler communications, which results in active membergrowth, app downloads through owned channels, and increased revenueper traveler. The Senior Manager, Loyalty Finance is a financeleader who will manage a team of 2-4 and work with the TEaLorganization as a thought and business partner, serving to drivebusiness performance, strategy, cost optimization and to improvethe traveler experience. In this role, you will: - Partner withTEaL team to understand customer economics, re-define a holisticincentives process, develop performance indicators, and applybusiness judgment and financial insights to assist with decisionmaking. - Provide key inputs into near and long-term financialforecasts and understand the impact on forecast of any businessdecisions. - You will use sophisticated financial modelling andanalytics to identify strategic opportunities to support yourbusiness partners' new initiatives, and measure progress oncritical goals. - Use expertise in financial analysis to presentand communicate financial results to senior executives andinfluence them in developing new strategies to enhance theorganization’s financial performance. - Partner with actuarial firmto understand trends impacting the business. Experience andqualifications: - Exhibit strong functional leadership and financeknowledge; able to leverage this strength to influence businessteam strategies and decisions. - Strong quantitative and analyticalproblem-solving skills. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financialmodeling. - Comfortable creating positive relationships across anumber of teams and supporting C-suite level leaders. - Astoryteller: able to build and communicate clearly a vision andstrategy. - Manage and mentor a high performing team, fostering acollaborative and innovative work environment with a Go Get What’sNext attitude. Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback andconduct periodic performance evaluations. - Work with team todevelop individual performance plans addressing employee needs andmeeting team goals. - Ability to handle multiple priorities with ahigh degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantlyfast-evolving environment. - Passion for Results: Drive highstandards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishment;tenaciously work towards challenging goals. - Ability to see thebig picture, possessing strong analytical / technical skills. -Experience in loyalty or CRM finance a plus.
