RoleOverview

AsaSeniorDataScientistatAryaXAI,youwillbeuniquelypositionedtotacklelarge-scale,enterprise-levelchallengesinregulatedenvironments.You’llleadcomplexAIimplementationsthatprioritizeexplainability,riskmanagement,andcompliance,directlyimpactingmission-criticalusecasesinthefinancialservicesindustryandbeyond.Yourexpertisewillbecrucialindeployingsophisticatedmodelsthataddressthenuancesandstringentrequirementsofregulatedsectors.

Responsibilities

• ModelEvaluation&Customization:
• Evaluate,fine-tune,andimplementappropriateAI/MLmodelsonAryaXAI.comtailoredforenterpriseandregulatedusecases.Considerfactorssuchasaccuracy,computationalefficiency,scalability,andregulatoryconstraints.
• ArchitecturalAssessment:
• Assessandrecommendvariousmodelarchitectures,ensuringthatselectedsolutionsmeetthehighstandardsrequiredbycomplexbusinessproblemsinfinancialservicesandotherregulatedindustries.
• EnterpriseIntegration:
• LeadthedeploymentofAImodelsintoproductionenvironments,ensuringseamlessintegrationwithexistingenterprisesystemswhileupholdingstrictcomplianceandsecuritystandards.
• AdvancedAITechniques:
• Drivethedevelopmentandimplementationofstate-of-the-artAIarchitectures,incorporatingadvancedexplainability,AIsafety,andalignmenttechniquessuitedforregulatedapplications.
• Specialization&Innovation:
• Takeownershipofspecializedareaswithinmachinelearning/deeplearningtoaddressspecificchallengesrelatedtocomplexdatasets,regulatoryrequirements,andenterprise-gradeAIsolutions.
• Collaboration&QualityAssurance:
• CollaboratecloselywithMachineLearningEngineers(MLEs)andSoftwareDevelopmentEngineers(SDEs)torolloutfeatures,managequalityassurance,andensurethatalldeployedmodelsmeetbothperformanceandcompliancebenchmarks.
• Documentation&Compliance:
• Createandmaintaindetailedtechnicalandproductdocumentation,withanemphasisonauditabilityandadherencetoregulatorystandards.

Qualifications

• Educational&ProfessionalBackground:
• Asolidacademicbackgroundinmachinelearning,deeplearning,orreinforcementlearning,ideallycomplementedbyexperienceinregulatedindustriessuchasfinancialservicesorenterprisesectors.
• RegulatedIndustryExperience(FS,BankingorInsuranceispreferred)
• Proventrackrecord(2+years)ofhands-onexperienceindatasciencewithinhighlyregulatedenvironments,withadeepunderstandingoftheuniquechallengesandcompliancerequirementsinthesesettings.
• TechnicalExpertise:
• Demonstratedproficiencywithdeeplearningframeworks(TensorFlow,PyTorch,etc.)andexperienceinimplementingadvancedtechniques(Transformermodels,GANs,etc.).
• DiverseDataHandling:
• Experienceworkingwithvarieddatatypes—includingtextual,tabular,categorical,andimagedata—andtheabilitytodevelopmodelsthathandlecomplex,enterprise-leveldatasets.
• DeploymentProficiency:
• ExpertiseindeployingAIsolutionsinbothcloudandon-premiseenvironments,ensuringrobust,scalable,andsecureintegrationswithenterprisesystems.
• Publications&Contributions:
• Peer-reviewedpublicationsorsignificantcontributionstoopen-sourcetoolsinAIarehighlyregarded.
