• Shape and implement enterprise-wide data strategies, ensuring scalability across programmes and business units
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert, simplifying complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Drive adoption of data governance, cataloguing, privacy, and metadata capabilities across organisations
• Lead consulting engagements, setting direction for agile project teams and ensuring delivery excellence

• Strong knowledge of data modelling practices, including conceptual, logical, and physical models
• Proven experience in enterprise platform design, cloud data engineering, and modern architecture
• Hands-on expertise with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and contemporary data stacks
• Ability to manage data migrations, apply security frameworks, and implement data management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, working seamlessly across technical and business teams
• Background in financial services, with experience influencing senior stakeholders in complex environments
• Certifications in cloud and data architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and grow architecture practices
• Experience designing data lakes and delivering large-scale migration projects
