The Role

• Validate and challenge quantitative models across the business
• Conduct research into model performance, assumptions, and limitations
• Produce model validation reports and recommendations
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and governance committees
• Support the enhancement of risk models and analytical tools
• Develop automation and tooling to improve risk processes

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong Python programming skills
• Commercial experience in quantitative modelling, quant research, model validation, or risk
• Excellent mathematical and analytical capability
• Experience assessing, building, or challenging models
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• STEM degree in a quantitative discipline
