The Role
* Identify opportunities to apply AI, analytics, and digital tooling.
* Lead technical workstreams from design through to implementation.
* Work closely with client teams on site across the UK.
* Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Support the development of colleagues and digital practices.

Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience delivering digital or AI solutions end to end.
* Expertise in at least one of AI, data science, analytics, or digital engineering.
* Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams.
* Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Flexible to travel to client sites across the UK.
