This is an opportunity to join a growing digital and analytics consulting team delivering high-impact machine learning and AI solutions for some of the UK's most complex operational challenges. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping organisations move beyond proof of concepts and embed data science into real-world decision-making.

As their digital capability continues to expand, they are seeking experienced Data Scientists who can combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.

The Role

• Design and deliver machine learning, advanced analytics, and AI solutions for a wide range of client challenges
• Build production-ready data science solutions that create measurable operational and commercial impact
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where data and AI can drive value
• Lead technical workstreams across client engagements, from discovery through to implementation
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable recommendations
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to data science best practices across the wider team
• Stay current with developments in AI, machine learning, and analytics to bring innovative approaches to client projects

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics
• Advanced Python skills and experience building end-to-end analytical solutions
• Experience taking models and analytical products from concept through to deployment
• Exposure to modern AI technologies, including LLMs and generative AI applications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within consulting, client-facing, or cross-functional environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions in fast-paced project settings
