Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Life Insurance + ECOS Scheme + Free
Lunches (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

MANDATORY CRITERIA: Candidates must have experience working in
the automotive industry, with a large dealer group or an OEM

Location: Birmingham

Work Style: Office-based (5 days on site)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working
with data, technology and problem-solving within the automotive
industry. My client is looking for a Junior Data Specialist to
join the Aftersales team, supporting the performance, reporting
and continuous improvement of a growing operation through
data-driven insight and analytics. This role offers a unique
blend of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting and
web-based tools support, making it ideal for someone looking to
build a long-term career within automotive data and business
intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, Power BI and
Excel to provide meaningful business insights.

• Analyse large datasets to support dealer performance,
operational improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

• Develop and maintain digital platforms and websites using
WordPress and PHP.

• Support the deployment of Aftersales systems and tools across
European markets.

• Work with stakeholders across the business to turn complex
data into actionable recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong SQL, Power BI and Excel VBA skills.

• Experience working with large datasets and transforming data
into reports and dashboards.

• Experience with WordPress and PHP would be highly
advantageous.

• Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in data and
performance analysis.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly and support
data-driven decision-making.

• Interest in the automotive industry and a desire to develop
within a data-focused role.
