Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for aJunior Business Analyst to support business improvement and change initiatives across a nationwide organisation.

You will work with teams across operations, finance, technology and sales to analyse data, understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse operational and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.
• Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support projects, system changes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare process documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with stakeholders to develop practical business solutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Interest in business improvement, data and technology.

• Power BI and/or SQL experience.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, UAT or Agile.
• Experience within recruitment, logistics, operations or a service-based environment.

A motivated and analytical individual who iscurious, commercially aware, detail-oriented and eager to develop a career in Business Analysis.
