Head of Data Analytics

£90,000-£110,000 + 10-20% bonus | Remote

A growing B2B organisation is looking for aHead of Data Analytics to lead its analytics function and turn customer data into actionable commercial insight.

• Lead and develop a team of 3 analysts

• Drive customer targeting, segmentation and campaign analytics

• Identify commercial opportunities through data

• Support marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels

• UseSQL and Power BI to deliver meaningful insights

• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Help shape the wider data and analytics strategy

• 5+ years' experience in data/analytics

• Strongmarketing analytics background

• Strong SQL and Power BI skills

• Experience with campaign analytics, targeting or segmentation

• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience leading or mentoring analysts

Location: Fully remote once onboarded, with 3 days per week in the office (Rippendon) during onboarding.

Salary: £90,000-£110,000 + 10-20% bonus.
