Facilities Maintenance Data Transformation Lead

FM Data Transformation Lead required for long term contract assignment based in Stevenage (some hybrid working available)

Essential

Significant experience leading data, BI or reporting transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation and handover.

Strong practical experience of data governance, data ownership, data quality and information standards.

Demonstrable experience developing KPI frameworks and establishing consistent definitions and calculation methodologies.

Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration and reporting architecture.

Strong Power BI and BI/reporting knowledge, with the ability to provide technical direction as well as challenge solution design.

Experience working with multiple data sources and identifying quality, duplication and consistency issues.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical data and reporting solutions.

Strong programme/workstream management capability with demonstrable ownership of milestones and deliverables.

Experience facilitating workshops and gaining agreement across multiple stakeholder groups.

Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to constructively challenge requirements and escalate decisions.

Experience of UAT, implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.

Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer capability.

Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for delivery.

Desirable

Experience working with Facilities Management, workplace, property, asset or built-environment data.

Experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms.

Knowledge of Planon.

Experience working with outsourced FM/service-provider data.

Experience working within a regulated or security-constrained organisation.

Experience of Microsoft data technologies and associated BI environments
